Shipping Information

Sobro is currently available to order online and ship only within the contiguous United States (ie excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
 
For the Sobro Side Table you can choose between Ryder in-home delivery and assembly OR UPS front-door delivery. When you order using UPS, it can take between 7 and 14 days for delivery.
 
Sobro Coffee Tables are shipped with Ryder delivery. This is a specialty carrier designed to deliver your smart furniture as promptly, and most importantly damage free! When you order using Ryder, it can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Here's what happens!

Ryder

Order Placed
You've placed your order on Sobrodesign.com.
You'll get a confirmation email, and your order is immediately processed. In the next 2 days, Ryder picks up your order.
Tracking Provided
Ryder generates a tracking number for your order, which you will receive by email, and will begin shipment. Using this tracking number you'll be able to check up on your order through the rest of the process.
Ryder Delivery System
You will be prompted to fill out a survey by Ryder that will answer questions about how and where the order will be delivered so they can be prepared on delivery day. This is a REQUIRED part of the process, so Ryder has all the correct information
Delivery Window Setup
Your Sobro is in transit. You will be contacted about the best delivery window for your schedule. You must be available to receive your Sobro product in home.
Phone Confirmation & Delivery
Day of, Ryder will call by phone to confirm your availability. Then, you'll meet your delivery person at the agreed-upon time.

FragilePak Delivery System

Phone Confirmation & Delivery
Day of, FragilePak will call by phone to confirm your availability. Then, you'll meet your delivery person at the agreed-upon time and they'll bring in and set up your Sobro! Now all you need to do is kick back and relax!

Delivery

It is important to be available to receive delivery orders in-person, as this will allow you to check for damages that may have occurred during shipping. You will be prompted by either Ryder or UPS as to the tracking and delivery time of your Sobro order.

For Ryder: please be sure to inspect your delivery for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the exterior of the box is damaged, do not accept delivery.

For UPS: if there is significant damage to the exterior of the packaging, please be sure to document the packaging damage immediately. Contact Sobro Customer Support at support@sobrodesign.com with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.

For International Customers

The Sobro is currently only available in North America, however, we are working on making it available worldwide.
