The Sobro App is currently compatible with iOS and Android. The app is intended for use on phones only, and tablets are not currently supported.
The Sobro Smart Side Table’s Wireless Charging Pad works with iPhones and Android Phones. Make sure to remove your phone case and that the phone is positioned correctly. Wireless accessories like the Apple Watch and Apple AirPods may not be compatible.
Certain devices that require a data USB-C charging cable may not charge using the USB-C ports. If you are having difficulty using the USB-C port with a specific device, please connect via an adapter to one of the Sobro’s USB-A or 120V ports to charge those devices.

Only the Sobro Smart Side Table has connectivity with the Sobro App.
On the Sobro Smart Side Table, the color-changing LED Back Light, as well as the Alarm and Sleep Aid functions, are fully controlled through the Sobro App.

orders & shipping

Orders placed through sobrodesign.com are final. Our fulfillment process involves the immediate delivery of orders to our warehouse facilities, and once this has been completed we cannot make changes.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Sobro smart furniture and your product will ship as soon as your order is processed.

Standard front-door delivery for the Smart Side Table is shipped by our partners at UPS. Delivery generally takes 1-2 weeks.

For an additional fee, we also offer white glove delivery and in-home assembly by our partners at Ryder. White glove delivery generally takes 3-4 weeks.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all Sobro smart furniture and your product will ship as soon as your order is processed.

Standard front-door delivery for the Smart Coffee Table is shipped by our partners at Ryder. This is a specialty carrier designed to deliver your smart furniture as promptly, and most importantly damage-free.

For an additional fee, we also offer white glove delivery and in-home assembly by our partners at Ryder.

Delivery generally takes 3-4 weeks for both shipping methods.
With white glove delivery, our partners at Ryder will place your Sobro smart furniture wherever you’d like in your home, help set it up, and remove any associated debris. Just make sure you’ve set aside enough space for your Sobro and a cleared pathway for delivery. Other than that, they’ll do the heavy lifting.

Ryder delivery services allow you to set up a delivery time. You will be contacted by text, phone or email to confirm a delivery time.
It is important to complete deliveries in person so you can immediately check the shipment for damages and so the unit is not stolen or delivered incorrectly.

For Sobro Side Table’s delivered by UPS, you will be updated by email and text automatically as to the status of your order through our system.
For Ryder: please be sure to inspect your delivery for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the exterior of the box is damaged, do not accept delivery. If you’re receiving white glove delivery and discover damage during assembly, do not accept delivery.

For UPS: if there is significant damage to the exterior of the packaging, please be sure to document the packaging damage immediately. Contact Sobro Customer Support at support@sobrodesign.com with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.
We are currently able to ship only within the contiguous US states (i.e., not including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not currently ship to Canada, and cannot ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address.

gifts

To give Sobro as a gift, simply enter the address of the recipient for delivery. Items delivered do not come with a paper receipt, receipts are delivered electronically using the email that was used to order.
